Retired federal law enforcement executive of (29+) years and U.S. Army Veteran who currently serves as a professional consultant in the areas of transnational crimes, international task force investigations, anti-money laundering, international criminal organizations, child exploitation, human trafficking & smuggling, modern day war crimes, counterterrorism, counterespionage, international gangs, cybercrimes, narcotics trafficking, clandestine surveillance/operations, intellectual property rights, technology transfer, ITAR, international liaison and bridge building, community policing, public affairs, physical and operational security, and U.S. Customs and Immigration Law. 

Recognized for his accomplishments, to include, Congressional recognition as the Executive Leader of the Year – voted on by the Federal Executive Board, and the Outstanding Achievements in International Investigations Award, for investigating, thwarting, and prosecuting a criminal conspiracy to assassinate the U.S. Ambassador to Kenya, the Commissioner of the United Nations High Commission for Refugees, and three other high-ranking United Nations and U.S. Government Executives.
